We couldn't thank you enough.  For the Record:  Christine Pardo went well above and beyond the call of duty in assisting my wife and I in selling our NY house and purchasing our FL house within 40 days!!!  Chris was very patient as we schlepped all over Broward looking for just the right fit, gave very valuable tips and information, saved me several thousand by connecting me with the right bank to do my mortgage, and another couple hundred by finding me the best house insurance rates, came to my condo in Coral Springs -from Plantation!!- at 7:30am in the morning to drop off and pickup papers/checks/signatures and again 7:30 to 9:30pm at night to do the same.  All without a single complaint!!!  I wish more agents and most other people had Chris's integrity and commitment to the job.

I wanted to let you know that even though circumstances have stopped my house hunting for the time, when I do start looking again, late next summer, I will most definitely will contact you. Why??  Because I like your persistence.  I had received a call or two from other realtors I emailed but was very busy and didn't get a chance to call back right away.  You on the other hand were persistent and left me quite a few messages and always sounded cheerful and never disgusted.  What that indicated to me is that you are not afraid of a little work.  This is what I need in a realtor.  What I am looking for may be a little difficult and I need someone who doesn't give up easily and done not try to talk me into a mortgage higher than I can handle.
